Ollie Mission Fitness
I am here to ensure you make the most from your time in the gym. I am both a level 2 fitness instructor and a level 3 Personal trainer.
Using effective training systems, I will teach you how to engage the correct muscles, safely use weights, machines and other gym equipment to get stronger as well as perform better and subsequently look great. I have helped a vast range of clients achieve their goals, I am enthusiastic about Fitness and sports, I have a degree in sport and my favourites sports include football, rugby, basketball, tennis, volleyball, MMA, athletics and boxing. In the summer of 2023, i ran my 5k in under 20 minutes.
I love my job, I will take you step by step towards your desired goal, and together we can work towards any targets you set for yourself within a realistic time-frame. Watching my clients progress and grow week to week is what drives my passion. Through dedication and hard work my clients get another step closer to success. By training with me, you will achieve the best results. Yeah it might hurt a little at the start. It’s meant to hurt, your body is adjusting to meet to the requirement set. We are pushing your body and ensuring change.
I certainly gain fulfilment watching my clients achieve their goals. I believe fulfilment is a right not a privilege. Every single one of us is entitled to feel fulfilled by the work we do, to wake up feeling inspired to go to work, to feel safe when we’re there and to return home with a sense that we contributed to something larger than ourselves.

I played football and basketball as a teenager. I was a county champion basketball player in my schools days. I also played football for my regional side, the Vale of the White Horse and finished top goal scorer. I also competed for Oxford United schools side after a year out of the sport and had a chance to play a few games for the under 18’s side as well as train with first team. I started training in the gym when i was 15, i have gone through various training fazes through out my life, from training as an aspiring football player too being a big body builder/ bouncer.
After my graduation I moved to Cornwall with the family for a year, I trained up to be a lifeguard whilst playing sport. It gave me a chance to figure out what I wanted to do career wise. Whilst working as a lifeguard I could see the smiles on the swimmers faces after swim. It reminded me of the time when I introduced a few of my college friends to the gym a few years prior. I introduced them to different exercises and saw first hand the positive impact that exercises provided mentally and physically, It was a very fun time for all of us. It was at this moment when I realised what I wanted to do with my time, and that is to improve people’s lives through fitness and become a personal trainer.
I have helped people achieve their goals; some examples include:
-Woman wanting to get into shape, using different techniques but don’t knowing where to start.
-Older men and women prioritising health and wellness, wanting to exercise in a safe and enjoyable way.
-Men wanting to increase their size strength and overall confidence.
